Baywood's Commitment To You
The Baywood Collection at Santaluz is brought to you by Baywood Homes
of Newport Beach, California, the same builder who
created the nationally acclaimed, award-winning Sentinels in Santaluz.
Because The Baywood Collection is the only neighborhood that we are currently building,
we can devote the kind of attention to the design and construction of your home that it
deserves. Our team frets for hours, tweaking each architectural detail and researching the
latest new home products to insure that your home will be a joy for you and a source of
pride for us. One of the owners of our company will personally walk your new home on
numerous occasions before you move into it. Our construction and customer service
manager will give you two walk-throughs of your home—one after your home as been framed
and another before you close escrow to orient you to the correct operation of your appliances.
Baywood Homes is owned and managed by Bill Watt and Neal Pedersen. Neal will meet
personally with you to discern your home preferences and become your partner in this
building process. To create The Baywood Collection at Santaluz, Bill and Neal pulled
together some of the most talented and well-respected professionals in Southern California,
the same team that created the Sentinels at Santaluz. Scheurer Architects, Inc., with
offices in Newport Beach and Monterey, designed the homes in The Collection. Scheurer,
known for their innovative architecture and sensitive land planning, has won over eighty
prestigious awards of excellence in design. Bill and Neal chose EPT of Pasadena as the
landscape architects for The Collection. EPT has been recognized for 40 years as one of
Southern California’s premiere landscape architectural firms. EPT is recognized for creating
a neighborhood landscape palette that enhances the architectural design of the homes and
assimilates the native landscaping of a particular locale. Color Design Art of Pacific
Palisades, recipients of over 275 national and regional awards, were not only the
interior designer of The Collection’s models, but also critiqued the floor plans for
furnishability, livability, and desirability. When CDA puts their stamp of approval
on a floor plan design, you can feel comfortable knowing that your new home offers
both style and function.
